church clothes, noun
Your Sunday-best, meant to be worn on Sunday, to Church only.
For men, a suit. For women, a dress and hand-fan (at least at *my* growing up church).
In my experience, Church Clothes encompass everything save undergarments (shirt, pants, shoes, etc.)
